Sales and Acquisitions of Real Estate Assets?

The Weinberg Law Group has extensive experience in the representation of clients in real property purchase and sale transactions. Our practice includes representation of every real property asset type, from raw land, mapped residential projects, apartments, condominiums, hotels, industrial, shopping centers, office buildings and mixed use projects. Our firm documents purchase and sale transactions, conducts due diligence investigations, and negotiate the seller or thrid party financing involved in the transaction.

Sophisticated Real Estate Finance

The Weinberg Law Group maintains a substantial practice involved in finance and the capital markets. Our attorneys are experts in securitized real estate loans and commercial finance. We have closed over One Billion Dollars of loans in the last few years and are currently very active in the re-emerging CMBS market.

Commercial Leasing and Portfolio Management

We also have significant experience representing landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions. We have comlpeted leases from the simple to the most complex in every property type, including retail, office, industrial, medical office, and specialized science research and development facilities. We can also prepare unique leases for sale-leasebacks, single purpose commercial and retail projects, as well as industrial parks. We have also developed forms for those transactions that are typically ancillary to leases such as tenant improvement agreements, parking agreements and guarantees.

We have assited clients across the broadest spectrum of deals, including land assemblies, single family neighborhood development, multi-famly mid rise and high rise development, hotels, retail and mixed-use projects. Our development practice includes all aspects of construction, management and operation of real estate projects including architectural and construction agreements, CC&Rs, REAs, and development management and property management agreements.
